Your payment breakdown now tells the truth about deposits. A card deposit settled with cash at the counter used to report the whole amount as cash, because the deposit was bundled into the till payment — so reconciling your card takings never quite matched. Deposits are now recorded against the method they were actually taken with. And when a deposit has already covered the whole bill, checkout stops asking which card to charge and simply lets you complete it.

July is our biggest month yet. Checkout learns to split one sale across cash, card and any mix of tenders, and every receipt becomes one clean, professional tax invoice — automatic for walk-in sales too, with clients able to view and re-send their own. Client records reorganise around a new Overview tab with loyalty, credit and referrals together in one Wallet, joined by a brand-new Client credit top-up balance and personalised, phased Treatment Plans your clients can book from. Group and shared-space bookings grow up — your own party sizes, named guests, per-person pricing and private hire — while rooms and equipment get their own operating hours and out-of-service windows. Appointment check-in colours your calendar as clients arrive, reviews can now live on your own website, memberships gain instalment plans and member caps, and reports add Future income, Service bookings and honest tender breakdowns. Plus reschedule-on-calendar, a 3-day mobile view, per-service approval, design-your-own campaign emails, per-service loyalty rates, monthly rosters and self-serve multi-location billing.

Email campaigns arrive in Messages Plus — branded emails with your colours, a hero image and a Book-now button, unlimited within fair use. Plus native online booking analytics: traffic-source attribution, a drop-off funnel, and a visit-to-booking conversion rate with no Google Analytics setup. And a new automated birthday reward: set a discount once and Bella applies it for the client when they book — on the day, once a year, with a greeting and a reminder. This month also brings card-on-file booking protection with automatic late-cancellation and no-show fees, smarter client merging with duplicate prevention, dated client timeline notes, dedicated-number business verification, gift cards you can sell at the till, recurring-appointment improvements, a more customisable booking page, and a batch of reliability fixes.
